Booking conditions
» Your booking is considered to be confirmed on receipt of your payment of 30% of the total price of your stay, via bank transfer or credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD).
» The remaining balance is payable one month before your arrival date, together with the payment of the €1,500 guarantee-deposit. If payment has not been received after this date, we will assume you no longer wish to rent the house and your booking will be cancelled.
» If you make a booking less than 30 days in advance of your arrival date, the total amount of the rental price is payable at the time of booking.
» The deposit will be reimbursed at the end of the rental period and after checks for any damages have been carried out.
